French President Emmanuel Macron is going to visit Beijing next week. On the backdrop of this visit, European multinational company Airbus is pondering over to sell its over 100 jetliners to China worth over 10 billion.
President Macron is to visit on January 8-10 along with 50 company executives including officials of Airbus.
The exact numbers of Aircrafts are yet to be finalize. It might get decided after this meeting.
China’s core purchasing agency, China Aviation Supplies Holding Company has denied to respond on this; nor did Airbus make any statement.
In November, Boeing decided to sell its 300 planes with a wort of $37 billion to China during a state visit by U.S. President Donald Trump.
